This Privacy Policy applies to the VOCENCE mobile application (“Application”) published by an individual developer. It explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the Application.

• The Application collects user voice recordings.
• Voice recordings may be securely transmitted to a third-party service provider for processing, specifically for pronunciation assessment.
• No other personal information such as email, name, or location is collected.

2. Use of Data

• Voice recordings are used solely for pronunciation assessment purposes.
• For this process, data may be transferred to an authorized third-party service provider and processed there.
• The service provider processes the data only for the stated purpose and does not use it for other purposes.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

• Recordings may be stored temporarily on your device and/or the relevant third-party service provider.
• Users can delete their own recordings at any time within the Application.
• The third-party service provider’s data retention policies may differ; please refer to their privacy policy for details.

4. Security

Data is transmitted over secure connections with encryption. Third-party service providers are also responsible for maintaining data security.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13. No data is knowingly collected from children under 13; if collected inadvertently, it will be deleted.
